» Job Profile:

1. Prepare and use a planned sales presentation, designed to achieve maximum results from available sales opportunities. Including Customer greeting, qualifying, handling objections, product presentation/demonstrations, closing, taking customers order and deliver manufacturer hand over procedures.

2. Use customer follow-up and prospecting systems designed to create additional sales opportunities for repeat of new business. Furthermore, to contribute to achievement of maximum customer retention through the above and effective delivery and hand over of vehicles

3. Provide quality information for use in the Marketing system

4. Used a planned, daily, weekly and monthly sales call programmed as agreed with the FOH Manager

5. Develop and maintain a full knowledge of all products, accessories, prices and key features of major competitors

6. Handle all customer queries and complaints and ensure they are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction and company requirements. Document all complaints, ensure that the FOH Manager is informed, and ensure appropriate action is taken in a timely manner

7. Provide reports as required on all sales activities including follow-up, prospecting, sales presentations, new clients, etc. to ensure accurate sales forecasts where possible

8. Ensure the completion of all sale and financial paperwork accurately and in a timely manner to ensure the completion of sale in a satisfactory manner

9. Carry out accurate appraisals of all vehicles presented for part-exchange, using a systematic appraisal record, including mechanical, electrical and all cosmetic features

10. Agree valuations with the FOH Manager and complete satisfactory negotiations with potential customers to maximize sales

11. Maintain all demonstrators supplied for personal use in clean and tidy condition at all times, suitable for their use as Customer Demonstration cars.

12. Attend training meetings and courses as required

13. Follow all laid down procedures for handling customer payments and documentation

14. Deal with all customers in a courteous, efficient and considerate manner

15. Carry out any other duties as directed by management to support the needs of the business

16. Refer all customers to a Business Manager when appropriate

17. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and email.

18. Gathering market and customer information.
19. Negotiating variation in price, delivery and specifications with managers.
20. Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
21. Checking quantities of the vehicles on display in the showroom considering the models & all options.
22. Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the manager in the end of the day.
23. Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
24. Gaining a clear understanding of customers and requirements.
25. Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.
26. Ability for outdoor sales skills & activates.
27. Attend at outdoor promotions & special offers days.


Preferred Candidate Profile:

1- Minimum 2 years experience in the automotive industry.
2- University degree, Fresh graduated.
3- Excellent computer skills.
4- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
5- Excellent command in English as will as Arabic Reading, writing & spoken.
6- Representable.
7- Ability to work under pressure.
8- Team spirit, responsible, well organized.
9- Healthy fit.
10- Age should be between 22 & 30 years old.
11- Having a Valid Driving license.
12- Minimum work contract period is two year.
13- Good understanding of the motor trade
14- Good understanding of general insurance products
