» Job Profile:
1. To develop Compliance Program, overseeing and monitoring its implementation.
2. To respond to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and Standards of Conduct by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures. To develop and oversee a system for uniform handling of such violations.
3. To make recommendations on the systems and procedures being reviewed, report on the findings and recommendations and monitor management's response and implementation
4. To administer a comprehensive compliance program in the Company. Among other activities, this includes creating, updating and educating on policies and procedures affecting many of the activities of all business fields.
5. To be responsible for measuring employees understanding of Policies and Policy Guidelines ,Knowing and understanding of how to use them and perform their functions in a compliant manner, answering and or directing questions based on the relevant Policies and Policy Guidelines.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor's degree in business and/or related field or equivalent work experience
• Three (3) years relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent written and Oral Communication Skills
• Has Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
• Has Excellent command of English language
